Return Policy
Vibrant Xpressions mainly does custom work. Our policy on orders is that all sales are final. However, if there is a problem or issue once you have received your order please contact me within 7 days. If your item is defective or damaged please reach out immediately. I also ask that you contact your shipping carrier or Route + to begin the claim filing process. I pride myself in the utmost in customer service and will do my very best to help you with any issues.
Each tumbler is double walled stainless steel. All tumblers come with a care card that has instructions to extend the life of your tumbler. Returns/Exchanges will not be accepted if adherence to the care instructions were not met. If an agreement can be made on a replacement between Vibrant Xpressions and the customer, the customer will pay shipping costs associated with the replacement.

- Not Microwave Safe
- Not Dishwasher Safe
- Avoid Extreme Temperatures
- Avoid Dropping Tumbler; It is Fragile
Tumbler Orders
Tumbler orders for the most part at Vibrant Xpressions are custom orders. There is time that is required to design, process, create, cure and ship. Turn around time on tumblers is 4-6 weeks. Please be patient when ordering. I do my very best to move tumblers in a reasonable time frame. I will be in constant contact with you during the design phase, as well as provide you with updates during the creative process. Please don’t hesitate to tell me if there is something you don’t like or we need to change. Your tumbler is very important to me and I want to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase.
