Shipping policy

Shipping:

All other orders will be shipped either first class, priority mail or UPS.  The customer will be provided with an email with tracking information sent by Shopify.  If for whatever reason you cannot locate or have accidentally deleted the email you may contact me to get your tracking information.  I check tracking information once a day to make sure there are no delays that I need to make you aware of.  Once your order leaves my shop it is in the hands of the USPS or UPS.  Any delays they may experience are not the fault of Vibrant Xpressions.  I encourage you to reach out if your item has taken an extended period of time to get to you.  USPS claims cannot be filed on missing packages until 14 days after USPS takes possession of the item.
