20/22/24 - Sits 9.5" H x 3.6" W with a opening size of 3.1" 

30/2 - Sits 9.5" H x 3.8" W with opening size of 3.4"

40 - Sits 9.5" H x 4.6"W with opening size of 4.2"

The 40 oz size can be used universally for all lids.
